Originally constructed in 1935 as the infirmary for a federal quarantine facility in Port Townsend, this building had for many years functioned as a budget motel and was in need of restoration. The Port of Port Townsend decided to use the building for administrative offices and new laundry and shower facilities for the marina and RV campground at Point Hudson. The exterior was carefully restored, and the interior returned to its original room configuration, outfitted for use as offices with attention to period detail. Completed in 2006.
